It’s been 8 days and I’m still truckin’

It’s 8 days since Tony and I broke up. My first 3 days weren’t horrible, with sweating, talking, and a good fuck on Monday night. Tuesday I went out with a girlfriend for drinks and dinner. I was hoping to see the Comedian afterwards but he had to deal with work at the last minute.

Wednesday I had a friend over for dinner. Over sushi and proscecco we talked about life and breakups and the general shittiness of my situation.

Thursday I met a new man for tea. He’d reached out to me on the website for a local swingers club and had been interested in meeting me for a while. He knew about Tony and my hesitance to meet him was primarily because Tony wasn’t ready for any group play, and I didn’t want to vet any new men until that time.  Continue reading

#14 Puts a smile on my face.

I mentioned the symphony date on my last post. #14 and I haven’t been texting since we made our date, but this morning I woke up to this:

Good morning sexy. Not sure how much a man is supposed to confess in states of arousal. But at the risk of being inappropriate…

I know you mentioned some relationship pains. Hope you’re coping well as can be hoped.

That said, I must share that I have been finding myself if various states of arousal thinking of you. Happy to be your distraction if you so choose. I suggest you wear some sexy heels and underwear for our eve. I have been battling many sensual images sitting next to you at the symphony. Waking up early and aroused and enjoying the temptation of pleasing myself without release. Letting the sexual tension build with daily images of my mouth, lips and tongue on your wet lips.

Happy Thursday.

Wow. I think (and told him) that it probably the best good morning text message I’ve ever received.

My brain is circling around thoughts of sexual power, vulnerability, objectification, and promiscuity. I’m not sure where it’s going to land, but the past week has got me thinking.

How does this happen so quickly, and talking to Tony.

This happens enough that I wonder if there’s some truth to an ability to just “put things out into the universe”. I won’t profess to know either way, but it does make for fun blog posts if nothing else. I can think of at least three past blog posts similar to this one.

Last week, the day I had my morning talk with Tony, I heard from none other than the Comedian. He’d gone silent in the early summer after a string of romantic and sweet messages to me. I figured he had a girlfriend and just couldn’t figure out how to stay in touch as friends.  Continue reading

A test of whether we’re better lovers at 22 or 42

I had a great couple of hours with my old boyfriend (aka #14) the week prior. He kissed me goodbye, called me gorgeous, and said he wanted to see me again.

He followed up the next day to make that desire a reality. We settled on the following Wednesday. I was taking Liam to an event in the afternoon but he was with his Dad that night.

I got a text the day before that made me ridiculously giggly: Continue reading

A fantastic two-date day | Mr. Fox & #14

Mr Fox and I had a great first coffee date and we both wanted more. Our text conversation continued and the next thing I knew he was booking lunch for the two of us the following day. He picked a restaurant near my office and made the reservation and just made it happen.

I liked that.

I wore a short black puffy skirt and a light blue leather jacket, with three inch heels. Given he’s 6’4″ I can wear those heels and still look up to him. It’s nice, actually. There are days when I feel great and know I can strut my stuff and that day was one of those days.

We met at a sky high restaurant in a fancy hotel. Ever the gentleman, he held doors open, waited until I was seated, and made sure I was comfortable. I had meetings in the afternoon otherwise would have loved a glass of wine.  Continue reading
